The Quality Management System (QMS) conforms to the requirements for:
- EN ISO 9001:2015
The implementation of this QMS shall ensure the adherence and fulfillment of the legal requirements as well as any contractual and client’s requirement.
General Manager has accepted the QMS to be an effective and adequate tool to meet this goal.
General Manager is directly responsible for the QMS of the Company and for its assessment, aiming in continual improvement of its effectiveness.
All requirements defined in the present system are mandatory to all staff.
All staff is aware of the Quality Management System requirements and the high quality requirements of work due to the nature of our job.
Staff is suitably trained and directly responsible for the quality of their work.
The Quality Management System shall be continually and systematically reviewed for effectiveness and continually improvement to ensure the satisfaction of customers now and in the future.
